60 MINUTE SESSION
If you prefer to Pay-as-You-Go, one session at a time, then this is for you. We will dive deep into your struggles and set up a plan of action. You can then book your sessions as you need them. Support when you want it most, with flexibility, clarity and ease.
FOUR SESSIONS PROGRAMME
If you want more of a committed approach, to be accountable for attending and working on your session goals, then paying for a block of sessions is best. You will receive a discount for a block booking and pre-book your preferred time-slot too.
TWO MONTH PROGRAMME
The preferred package. This is five 90 minute sessions. Allowing you to dig deeper & work more on the problems in each session. You’ll receive more tools, strategies and worksheets to further enhance confidence, empowerment and change.
